  • The license key provided to you does not work, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your support request.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You no longer need or want the software.

  • Your system does not meet the minimum technical requirements clearly stated on our website.

  • You claim non-satisfaction with features that are already described in the product details.

  • You request a refund after 14 days from the date of purchase.

4. Trial / Demo Version

To help you make an informed decision, we may provide a free trial/demo version (if available). We strongly encourage you to test the trial version before purchasing.

5. Subscription Cancellations (if applicable)

  • If you purchased a subscription plan, you may cancel future renewals at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed.
